Our ideal approach is to coach children the early stages of football through a unique method of imaginary play that children can relate too in everyday life .
Our programmes are a unique way of teaching pre-school children football and multi-sport by using creative imaginary play – 2 coaches in every class – means we can give an accurate demonstration for the children to copy as well as a support to any first aid required, and by using goals we can create a real football atmosphere for the children.

WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU AND YOUR CHILD AT FOOTSTARS?

Footstars gives your child a unique opportunity to experience the world of football through non-competitive fun and games. Our main aim is to teach your child basic skills and techniques, along with your support, that they can continue well into their teenage years.
Our classes are colourful and stimulating, friendly and educational, helping children relate to others and encouraging good social skills.
Promoted through positive coaching, every activity is intended to improve motor skills and enhance other aspects of physical development as well as working with number sequence, colour recognition, memory and recall all laid down within the Scottish Curriculum Framework.
We run classes with a minimum of 2 coaches to every class, trained to work and teach pre-school children, first aid qualified and covered by Disclosure Scotland.
Every child will be guaranteed individual attention. All our staff are aware of the importance of inclusion of a child with a special need and will adapt the activity to make it as fun for them as everyone else.
All our programmes are unique as they are specifically designed by Personnel in particular professional fields, providing a high quality, comprehensive and relevant product. There is no other pre-school play programme at present using this unique type of teaching methods that work for us at Footstars……………..
