WESTHILL TABLE TENNIS CLUB

 TUESDAY and THURSDAY EVENINGS

+ SATURDAY MORNINGS at WESTHILL ACADEMY+

     Formed in August 2006 our activities are based in the Gymnasium at Westhill Academy
 

     throughout the School Year

 ·       Six tables, a serving machine and a range of bats available for members’ use.

 ·       An active junior section with more than 50 young players registered in Season 2008-09.

 ·     Thursday evening development opportunities for young players with a Primary age group

    session from 1800 to 1915 and a Secondary age group and open session thereafter until 2130       

    hours.

 ·       Saturday morning coaching/practice sessions from 1030 to 1230 hrs.

 ·       6 teams represented the Club in the ADTTA League during Season 2008-09

     with Tuesday evenings allocated to competitive play during the league season. 

     Young players are encouraged to participate in the local league programme

·       Club supports Active Schools holiday sessions and encourages members’ entry to

 local and national events.

·         Table Tennis really is ‘A Sport for Life’ and it is never too late to start or, even better still,

 make a comeback.
