Repeat prescription service
If you require long term or regularly repeated courses of medication you will be issued with a repeat prescription re-order form.  Please hand this in or post it to the surgery highlighting you requests and your prescription will be dealt with within 48 hours.
Alternatively we now have a dedicated 24 hour voicemail service which you can call and leave your message.  This service will be available 365 days.  The telephone number is 01224 849393.  Please remember that you must leave at least 48 working hours before collecting your prescription.  This service is for repeat medication only,  if you are requesting an item that is not on your repeat slip then please phone the normal surgery number 01224 849400.  The message will read as follows:
Please leave your name, date of birth and a contact telephone number, and the items you require confirming where you wish to collect your items. You must leave a minimum of 48 working hours before collection.  Please speak clearly and slowly after the tone.
Collection can be arranged from the surgery reception, Arnhall Pharmacy, Westhill Pharmacy, Kingswells Pharmacy or posted back to you if a stamped addressed envelope is included.  Please inform us of your preference.
The Surgery has its own dispensary for patients who live 2 miles or more from a chemist.
Patients on repeat prescriptions will usually get a two month supply and are encouraged to attend the surgery once yearly to have their condition reviewed and medication changed or adjusted if necessary.

Please remember to order repeat prescriptions in plenty of time if you are going away on holiday.
