Mini-Kindergym

A fun and stimulating parent and child exercise class for children aged 12-24 months.

Developed to encourage toddlers co-ordination and social skills. Stimulating equipment including ball pool, soft-play, climbing frame, trampoline, parachute etc… Friday 10.00-10.45, 11.00-11.45, 1.00-1.45, 2.00-2.45

(crèche available 2.00-2.45 for younger and older children)

Kindergym

An exciting structured class for children aged 2+ to encourage co-ordination, balance, confidence, social skills etc…

A large range of stimulating, and challenging equipment which includes beams, climbing frame, rope frame, ball pool, jumping box, trampoline, bouncy castle, Thomas the Tank air flow, mini gym equipment, parachute etc…

Wednesday 1.00-1.45 and 2.00-2.45 (NEW CLASS)

Thursday 10-10.45, 11.00-11.45, 1.00-1.45, 2.00-2.45, 3.00-3.45 (crèche available in the afternoon)

Jumping Jacks

An exciting, imaginative, structured class for pre-school children who attend on their own. Classes help to develop children’s co-ordination, concentration, balance, basic gymnastic moves etc… Sessions follow fun themes.

The B.A.G.A award scheme is followed. Tuesday 10.00-10.40, 10.50-11.30, 1.00-1.40, 1.50-2.30

Gymnastics

Recreational classes teaching primary aged children bar, beam, box and floor work. B.A.G.A award scheme followed.

Monday Pr3-4 5.00-6.00 Pr 5-7 6.00-7.00. Tuesday Pr 1 3.15-4.00 Pr 1-2 4.00-4.45 Pr 2-3 4.45-5.30

Fitkid’s

Fun packed fitness class suitable for primary 1-3 children. Lively class based on traditional and new games utilising exciting equipment such as space oppy’s, scooter boards, mini gym equipment, skipping, football, hockey etc…

Wednesday 3.45-4.30

Toddlers

A large range of toys and equipment set up in a large hall. No committee or rota!!! Monday morning from 9.30-11.30

Men’s Indoor Football

Friday 7.45-9.30p.m.

Indoor Bowling

Four, large carpets available on a Thursday 7.45-9.45pm. A warm invitation is extended to both beginners and experienced players. Bowls available if required. Enjoy a complimentary first session.

ALL CHILDRENS CLASSES ARE LED BY QUALIFIED,EXPERIENCED COACHES
